18.  Express 3.44 as a mixed number in the simplest form.



3.44 = 3 44/100
        = 3 22/50
        = 3 11/25

19. Find the value of 2/3 + 4/7. Give your answer as a mixed number in the simplest form.


2/3 x 7/7  +  4/7 x 3/3  =  14/21  +  12/21
                                    =  26/21
                                    =  1 5/21
